Overnight Camp – Santa Cruz (Ages 12+)

Location: Santa Cruz (Intermediate – Advanced)
Dates: August 4–8 (Monday–Friday)
Departure/Return: 9 am departure and 3 pm return. Drop-off/pick-up in Los Gatos (details on registration).
Meals: All-inclusive—3 daily meals prepared outdoors or enjoyed at local restaurants, plus snacks and beverages.
Activities: Immerse yourself in thrilling group trail rides (8-20 miles, 2,000–3,500 ft elevation), dynamic jump parks, refreshing swimming sessions, and evenings spent under the stars around a campfire.
Camping Gear: Personal sleeping gear required (tent, pad, sleeping bag, pillow), along with rain gear, outdoor clothing, swimwear, and weather-appropriate riding gear.
Schedule: Enjoy a carefully curated itinerary featuring meal prep, transportation to stunning riding spots, and relaxation at the campsite.

Cancellation Policy:

Agreeing to participate in Overnight Camp by proof of purchase is subject to a 50% refund under exceptions below.

Weather.

MTBX can cancel Overnight Camp due to weather.
MTBX may offer a make-up date due to weather if applicable. Riders unable to attend makeup date will be given refund.
MTBX makes trail conditions decisions daily, riders who choose not to ride with MTBX when conditions are manageable will not be refunded.
Refund 50%

Illness.

Riders who are unable to participate due to illness will be refunded.
Riders must notify MTBX prior to departure to Overnight Camp by 9 PM to receive refund.
Riders who become ill during Overnight Camp will not be refunded.
Refund 50%

Injury.

Riders who are unable to participate due to injury prior to departure to Overnight Camp will be refunded.
Riders who are injured during Overnight Camp will not be refunded.
Refund 50%

Behavior.

MTBX reserves the right to dismiss riders from Overnight Camp at parents’ expense.
Riders will be held to a strike system.
Riders who receive 3 strikes will be removed from Overnight Camp and must be picked up by parents at location within 24hrs of decision.
Refunds will not be given.
